ln 1999 Jeanie Productions Inc. set out to produce feature films. ln the years that followed, its path became clear. Fresh off the heels of Star Wars Phantom Menace, George Lucas revolutionized the advent of a new acquisition medium entitled "The Cine Alta," also known as the Sony 24p, a digital recording camera that emulated the 35mm camera, thereby giving a film look to its digital recording and henceforth providing seamless integration with regards to special effects.
This concept was tested with 15 minutes of film footage laced into Star Wars Phantom Menace. And after most, if not all, of Hollywood's entire crew of "Specialist" failed to pick the digital film clips from the 35mm clips, well, needless to say, a new kid had arrived in town. That development was brought to the attention of our cameraman, Mr. Reggie Adams, who in turn suggested to Jeanie Productions that we use this development as opposed to traditional 35mm film. From there, the production of Richard Heat began.
And while many production companies hurried to rush this new teclmology to the market, Jeanie Productions created and developed various television and theatrical content to present to the world. And now, poised to forge positive relationships with the big wigs of Hollywood, Jeanie Productions has a slew of product to present. Following Richard Heat, we will bring you: The Madonna Diamond, the story of a one-time thief, self-made millionaire who's blackmailed by the mob. The Eaton Enterprise. the tale of the mobs attempted take-over of a family empire. The Experiment: a look inside of the world of espionage and intrigue. This story encompasses chemical warfare as opposed to traditional tanks and guns and finally, Rags, the true American Gangster.
Our Television series will feature a well written drama entitled 640 Temple a medical drama created by Renae Manigault of Future Forward Productions; Samuel, an urban teen drama about young adults and peer pressure in school and finally,
Mahogany, a sort of modern day Dynasty! Dallas drama that pits the nice and the nasty, the good and the bad, the powerful and the powerless inthe upper echelon of society.
Simply put, our objective is to bring the very best in film production to you the viewing audience, by any means necessary.
Sincerely
Richard Manligault
